Memberships

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms:

  • Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Monthly memberships renew every month. Annual memberships renew every 12 months.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time. Your benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your membership will end.
  • Membership payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • We may update, improve, add, replace, or remove membership benefits from time to time to reflect the ongoing development of the membership programme. Where a change materially reduces the value of an active membership, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
  • Exclusive content is for members only and must not be copied, recorded, redistributed, or shared without permission.
  • Clothing discounts are valid on eligible products only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
  • Early access to clothing releases does not guarantee availability of limited-stock items.
  • Giveaways, competitions, and prize draws are subject to their own terms, eligibility requirements, and applicable laws.
  • Access to any private community (including Discord or similar platforms) is a membership benefit. We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to community spaces where a member breaches our community guidelines or engages in behaviour that is abusive, unlawful, disruptive, or harmful to other members.
  • The complimentary welcome t-shirt is available once per annual membership and is not reissued following cancellation and re-subscription.
  • Where a complimentary welcome t-shirt is included, members are responsible for providing accurate sizing and delivery information. The t-shirt is available once per annual membership and is not exchangeable except where required by law or in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Member discounts may exclude limited-edition products, collaborations, gift cards, or other items as specified at the time of purchase.
  • As a Club 1933 member, you are entitled to free standard UK delivery on all orders placed via the Club 1933 website. This benefit applies only to the standard UK shipping option at checkout. Express, international, and any other non-standard delivery methods are not included and will be charged at the applicable rates. Club 1933 reserves the right to amend or remove this benefit at any time with notice to members
  • As a Club 1933 member, you will receive a 10% discount code to use on the Club 1933 store during your birthday month. The discount code will be sent via email to the address associated with your membership account. This code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be used on full-price and sale items unless otherwise stated. The birthday discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. Club 1933 reserves the right to amend or remove this benefit at any time with notice to members..
  • Memberships are personal to the registered member and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
  • Members must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
  • We are not responsible for temporary interruptions to the website, member portal, Discord, or other third-party platforms used to deliver membership benefits.
  • Members are responsible for providing a current delivery address. Additional shipping charges, customs duties, or import taxes may apply for international deliveries where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership without a refund in cases of fraud, account sharing, abuse, or misuse of the membership.
  • If membership pricing changes in the future, existing members will be notified before any changes take effect for their next renewal.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Membership Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to active members.
  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at club1933.co.uk/privacy-policy


Competitions & Giveaways

  • Free competition entry is a benefit of an active annual membership only. Membership does not guarantee entry into every competition where legal restrictions or eligibility requirements apply. Individual competitions may have additional terms, eligibility criteria, and closing dates.
  • Eligibility to enter and participate in member competitions is exclusively available to members with an active annual subscription. Monthly subscribers are not eligible to enter competitions unless they upgrade to an annual membership. Competition eligibility is subject to these Terms and any additional competition-specific rules.
  • Unless otherwise stated, annual memberships include one entry into each eligible members-only competition. Membership does not guarantee winning any prize. Competition eligibility begins once an annual membership is active and applies only to competitions open during the active membership period.
  • Annual memberships do not provide retrospective entry into competitions that have already closed before the membership became active.
  • Competition prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated.

These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
