We are the original numbers of the game. In April 1933, the beautiful game changed forever when squad numbers were introduced to player kits for the very first time. Our photography and film capture the enduring, unpolished soul of the matchday experience that has linked fans across generations. Club 1933's roots belong firmly to Newcastle. The year 1933 carries a sacred meaning for our studio. It marks the year the North East of England gave the game its ultimate storyteller and gentleman: Sir Bobby Robson. Sir Bobby once beautifully remarked that a club is not the buildings or the directors, but the passion, the voice, and the community. Our photography and films are dedicated to that exact sentiment. Our entire ethos is melded from that belief. Sir Bobby’s legacy embodies everything we stand for: class, integrity, and an uncompromising love for the community and for the game. The heartbeat of football has always lived on the terraces. Club 1933 is a cinematic document of football fan culture. The original numbers of the game. Born in Newcastle. For the badge. For the culture. For the club. Inspired by the game. Built for the terraces.
